Pop-ups are enough to make me want to delete

I've been using Evernote for at least 5 years. I've paid for it in the past, but am now on the free version. Here is why I will never pay for it again:

1. The pop-ups are INSANE. Thousands of reminders — seriously? It's basically harassment. Such a turn-off. 

2. When I DID pay for Evernote, I had a question that could not be answered in the forum. It turned out that Evernote (at least at that time) had ZERO support. no customer service, no one responding to emails, not even a brick-and-mortar office you could write a letter too. It seems super scammy that they're trying to get people to pay for this service IMO when they don't even have someone manning an email for customers.

1. You're using a free trial service - expect to be harassed
2. I've had various support queries dealt with in the past 6 months - it's not been fast,  but Support does exist - for subscribers...
