Error message : reached 20GB upload limit - but this is not true




A client of mine is having conflicting messages.

One just says "you have reached your 20GB upload limit"

And the other says that he still has 99% capacity available.

Unfortunately, it is the first one that seems to rule, so he cannot upload any more information. And has to wait for 28 days !!

Has anybody encountered a similar situation ? How do you get past it ?
