Error message : reached 20GB upload limit - but this is not true

Hello,

A client of mine is having conflicting messages.

One just says "you have reached your 20GB upload limit"

And the other says that he still has 99% capacity available.

Unfortunately, it is the first one that seems to rule, so he cannot upload any more information. And has to wait for 28 days !!

Has anybody encountered a similar situation ? How do you get past it ?

The first aid would be to log out, and back in.

From the account statement it is visible that the limit has just now resetted itself. Maybe that’s not reflecting in the client somehow.

My client did that, and initially it did not work

Then, trying again, it seems things got back to normal. Seems to have suffered from some latency.
