Don't know if this is the right place to be posting questions. It seems Evernote doesn't have customer support? Link to comment

I don't believe it's possible to change the system date format, though you can apply a date 'stamp' to a note from the system, or a text-expander app. General customer support is here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us - links to email support on most pages.
