Mobile Apps Issue - Something is wrong with the apps

Something is wrong with the mobile apps in iPad and Iphone. In the last 3-4 releases the issue is bigger and bigger.

The ipad app (where the issue is more noticed

  • keeps refreshing.
  • It is really slow to open a note
  • When finally opens, it opens to the last note that was used and when I try to change a note it jumps to the previous one.
  • The menu (color highlight etc) is 100% unusable - does not do nothing.

I saw other users in other forums complaining for the same issue.

Is there anything that I should do?

Is BS making any changes in the background that causes these issues?

iPad Air 5 (EN 10.75.0)

Iphone 13 (EN 10.75.0)

Open note: A blink (less than a second)

… and it opens the note I wanted to open

… and it does the edits I tell it to do

The only observation is that on opening the app, it shows (quick), then goes black (quick) and comes back immediately. Hardly an issue, except you want issues. EN 10.75, iOS 17.3

Who experiences something different has several options: Log out, close app, open, log in.

Or uninstall, make a forced restart, reinstall.

Did all these actions. Fixed for a day and then the same behaviour.

It may work for you but history shows that there is no consistent behaviour of EN for all users in any of the platforms. And for this issue I know from colleagues that this is an issue happening in the last releases. 
Not sure what to do as iPad is key for my daily work and now EN cannot be used 

maybe @Federico Simionato can help on this

iOS is the most stable of the mobile platforms. Apart from the occasional bug it is pretty usable since v10.6.

They even solved the download for offline use. This used to be a PITA, but last time it worked really well.
