barbyoung 0
I have an old iPad Air running iOS 12.5.7, which is the last update available for that model (MD789LL/A, 2013). I was previously running the Evernote app on this device, but it was very slow and glitchy. I got "memory full" messages, so I reset the iPad to factory settings and reinstalled the Evernote app. Now when I try to open the app I get "Error. Problem connecting to Evernote. Please verify your Internet connection. Try again." I have a good internet connection and can open web pages and download email on the device. I tried to use Evernote Web, but that is not available for mobile devices and just directs me to download the app. Is there any way I can open the Evernote app on my iPad? I can't even check to see what version I actually downloaded, because I can't get past the Error pop-up. 1 Link to comment

Swanchoi 0
I can relate! Evernote should check this issue. How can I use low version Evernote on my old iPad? Link to comment
