Not Receiving Email

I'm trying to gain access to an old account of mine. After logging in it says your password has been expired, try to reset it. After clicking on the reset password button, I receive no email. I added your email to my contacts and checked my spam, but still no luck. What can I do?

Hi.  Is it possible your account still has an old contact address?  If so,  you'd need to contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account"
