I'm running Evernote ver 6.4.2.3788 on Win 7 and the error message is: "Can't connect to server. 0 Level 5 PinkElephant 8,121 Posted January 26 Level 5 Share Posted January 26 Your client is outdated. Server syncing is stopped and will not be working any more. Your notes are safely stored on the server. You can access it under Windows 7 using the web client in a browser. To install EN version 10 you need to run at least Windows 10. If you have local (unsynced) notebooks, you need to take care of them before erasing anything. You need to export them to ENEX to be able to import to the server, or to another app. Link to comment
