grx_scooter 1 Posted January 25 Share Posted January 25 So, I upgraded to the new "Personal Plan" , because all of a sudden my app would not open unless I did, and NOW ALL MY INFO IS GONE !!!!!!! I've spent years compiling info and now I cannot access it. What do I do now???? Beyond pissed at this change. 1 Link to comment

So: you either created a new account when you upgraded and are seeing that new account rather than the old one containing all your notes, or you logged in with mistyped information and are seeing an 'empty' new account. Try using the 'forgot password' access at Evernote.com or contact Support (who are not us) to fix it. Link to comment
