Difficulty Updating New Credit Card and Hence Subscription Payment

The credit card that EN has listed in my settings has had to be cancelled and I have a new credit card however I cannot update these new details. I fill in the relevant details, I have had verification from my bank but still it does not update these new details. I had the same problem last year when my card was out of date and had to get assistance from EN Support through chat and eventually was able to update to the new card. So it makes me think that even though it says UPDATE it is not something that some of us can do ourselves. 

It is impossible to get any help i.e. chat or speak to anyone. It is so frustrating.

And by the way I do know how to find SUPPORT in Settings but they are not available or under construction...... just not available!

Anybody got any helpful ideas?
