Password reset issues

I was sent a mandatory password reset from Evernote. Followed the prompts and and apparently correctly reset my password. But it turns out that the rest only works for logging into my account through my browser (Google Chrome). Previously I only used EN through my Windows Desktop app. But now I am unable to log in through the app, getting a message that says the password is wrong. My old password also does not work. I have tried logging out and logging back in from my browser. I then rebooted and tried starting over with a new password reset, but just get stuck in a repeating loop of messages that say password is incorrect and asking me to go through password reset. Can anyone help? Thanks much in advance.

Hi.  What version of Windows do you have?  Can you see what version of Evernote it is?  Have you tried uninstalling your Evernote app and reinstalling?

I have the same problem.  I tried uninstalling app, reset Evernote password -- neither fixes the issue.   I have latest IOS on iphone & using latest version of Scannable from AppStore.  I seems like something recently broke in Scannable because I didn't have this problem before a few weeks ago.
