The chat is offline and there is no emal thicket option, I wouldn't know who to contact so I wrote here.

I thought I had canceled the subscription but today I received the payment notification, I would like a refund and go back to the free version, thank you very much.

When you posted the same link for a thousand times, you are entitled for pointing the way to find it to other users.

Just one simple example from the mobile app - how hard is this ? Do they have to make it neon flashing to find it ?

Do you read the posts before replying? I found the page but the chat and ticket buttons were disabled so I wrote here, but now they are online again so there's no longer a problem

This is where you get if you follow the tab in the mobile app, or the link posted above. You continue with a login, then by selecting the ticket type, and proceed. The ticket button on the page you posted should work as well.
