Change Subscription Back to Personal

Hi,

I inadvertently clicked on an upgrade offer (which was driving me crazy popping up every 2 seconds on my desktop) I tried to go back to the Personal Subscription (paid for the year) which I am very happy with. I downgraded but received no confirmation and I see I am still on the Professional plan. Please show me how to fix this. Also I want to remove the autorenewal on this account as I have not had  good experiences with auto renewal.

Please help.

Hi.  To get back to personal now,  rather than at your next subscription renewal,  you need to contact Support - we're mainly other users here...
