dave222 0 Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 Hello, is there a reason why my backup codes for 2 step verification stopped working? I have them saved in a format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. What am I doing wrong? Are they expired? They were created in 2018. I did not changed my password either anything else in the account. Thanks for any advice, David Link to comment

If you're still locked out, try Support - we're mainly users here so no access to login credentials. Link to comment
