Trouble with changing email address

Hello everyone, 

Our organization recently acquired an Evernote Teams license. We have users who have been using the free version (signed up using their work email, Google Oauth) and are looking to eventually move them over to the Teams license. I was told by our Evernote rep (who no longer works with Evernote as of a week ago) that you would have to change the email address if you wanted to move notebooks from a personal license to a Teams license. 

All our users would have signed up using their Work Google account using OAuth. I created a test account and signed up to Evernote using that account. I login using Google. When I go to change my email address within Evernote, I can't because it asks for a Current Password which there is none because I am using Google OAuth...so no password is actually being saved by Evernote. I go back to the login screen to try and change my password by selecting Forgot Password. That seems to work and then I can go back and change to a personal email address. However when I try to now login with my personal email address, it says that there is no account. 

A bit of a frustrating experience to say the least. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi.  We're mainly individual users here, so no real experience of onboarding users to a Teams setup.  This help page may have some information that will be useful to you - Evernote Teams Toolkit
