Evernote did not send reminder emails

Hello, 

I have an Evernote Personal plan. I created a note in Evernote. Then I set a reminder for today.

I expected Evernote to send me reminder emails at the specified time. But I didn't receive any.

Can you please explain why?

Have you checked your Spam folder yet ?

What I can confirm is that my reminders emails still come through. But I can as well confirm that we have occasionally postings in the forum that they don't. So it looks like a more specific issue, nothing broken in general.

There is a mail server running for every 10 or so accounts. In the past we had cases when this mailserver was blocked (could be from a neighboring account), and needed a reset. This can only be checked and processed by support. You need to open a ticket to reach them, and reaction time is dreadful at the moment.

I also used to receive reminder emails by Nov or mid Dec, 2023. But later they stopped.

I checked Spam folder too and there are no emails from Evernote yet.
