snaredrum87 1 Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 I am a user that have used Evernote for many years and also have a pro account for my personal notes. At work I created a new free account to keep track on a few work notes. As I know Evernote well I am sure I have note deleted anything. When I tried to login on the same acccount using my private laptop and also on the work laptop Evernote is completely empty. Not notes - not notesbooks - nothing Can anyone please help how can this happen and is there a solution to find the data? 1 Link to comment

The usual reason is a user logging in with the wrong credentials and accidentally creating a new account - maybe try the 'forgot password' link at Evernote.com? Link to comment
