How do I set the formatting for the new lines to always be the same as above (e. g. alignment, font size, etc. ). I'd be very grateful if you could help me. Greetings Wolfgang Link to comment

Click the space to the left of the row you want to copy to highlight the whole row, then press Ctrl-C or Cmd-C to copy: Then click the space to the left of the target row to highlight the whole row, then press Ctrl-V or Cmd-V to paste: A bit of a work-around. I wish that an insert row/column would take the preceding formatting characteristics (perhaps when a control key is pressed at the same time or something). 2 Link to comment
