I've lost my notes

I was a happy Evernote user for several years.  About two years ago, all my notes disappeared.  I know I should have tried to recover them sooner, but I was unable to find a way to contact support. Is there any chance my notes still be recovered?  I'd like to start using Evernote again, but I don't want to start relying on it and lose my data again.    Any suggestions?

if you still have the same email address you started your account with,  try the 'forgot password' link at Evernote.com.  Your notes should be there.
