my one month trial is expired

I tried to log in and purchase the team account after my one month trial  expired. but I can't purchase it and I can't log in and I can't make another account with the same email address.

please take a look on the attached picture. I put all details and credit card. when I press the purchase button it says the billing email is not in the valid format. I am trying to purchase the evernote with my current email address and account and I don't want to make another email address.
