toggle note status removed from troubleshooting?

I still have been using the toggle note status to ensure the notes are syncing as many times the notes will not sync. 

 

As of the recent update  10.68.2 I can't seem to find that setting anymore. 

 

Did the keyboard command to open this change or has it been removed?

Looks like the option is gone as far as I can tell. Now there's no way to know if the application is connected anymore. Given that I still have notes disconnected upon wake from sleep this will necessitate restarting the application every time I use it.
