How to submit a ticket for a Billing/Payment issue?

I know there is literally a topic with this very title. But I am unable to find the button to submit a ticket. It is just not available anywhere on that page for me. And it does not appear to be a adblocker issue, as I have tried to disable them, and I have also tried multiple browsers and multiple computers. There just seems like there is no way to contact support. 

 

So if someone could tell me how to contact support over a billing issue I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Interestingly, if I choose PayPal as my billing option I do get an option to submit a ticket/request. So there is definitely something wrong with the evernote webpage.

Hmmn.  I just tested for someone else and got through to Support,  but maybe there's a glitch - have you looked in your mobile Evernote Settings?  There's a 'submit a support request' at the bottom which just got me to a 'submit a ticket' button.

NB Saying you paid by non-Evernote means will send you to iTunes or Paypal support.

What a coincidence. I was also looking for the same of how to submit a ticket, now got the solution.
