Interestingly, if I choose PayPal as my billing option I do get an option to submit a ticket/request. So there is definitely something wrong with the evernote webpage.

I know there is literally a topic with this very title. But I am unable to find the button to submit a ticket. It is just not available anywhere on that page for me. And it does not appear to be a adblocker issue, as I have tried to disable them, and I have also tried multiple browsers and multiple computers. There just seems like there is no way to contact support. So if someone could tell me how to contact support over a billing issue I would be very grateful. Thanks.
