Notebook not deleted , renewal problem,

When adding a new notebook, he said you have reached maximum notebook number

and when rmoving notebook to add the new one the same notebook exist.

 

i renew Evernote but in november there was a discount 50 % and when trying to get it , didnt accept.

 

i sent the customer service many complaints but didnt respond
