3 issues to report: "Share Feedback" not working, lag and attachments

The share feedback button is not working (in Help).
The app is lagging and freezing frequently, tasks take too much time to update (the task updating issue is on android and has been going on for years).

Sending attachments to evernote is sometimes horrendous. I select a couple of pictures from my gallery on my phone, send them to evernote, the note shows up on the windows app and on android, but it shows up empty, sometimes with the thumbnail having one pic from the content but it never loads in the content in the note. I've lost so many saved clippings because of this and I can never know what they were.
 

Some of these issues have been ongoing for a long time, considering that this app became more expensive, why is there such delays in addressing them?

However this is more of a technical support issue than feedback.

You can raise a support ticket but response times are stubbornly in the realm of 14 days.
