Scannable scan sent before selecting iOS share app

Scanned a document and it was sent 'successfully' before I could select the app to share it to. How can I find out where it went?

The options behind Send are email or share with an app.

How shall we know into which app it went - oh, wait, let me rub my golden vase, rub, rub, rub .... no sorry, no white smoke, the dshini has his day off.

I would check in the last app I used to save scans, my email, in EN and surprise - it may not have saved at all.
