I have OS Windows 7 64 bit. 
Please send me a link to a working distribution kit for PC specifically for my OS. 
How to disable auto-update on the desktop version?

All versions that may run under Windows 7 are deprecated. We don't share these links any more, because they can lead to malfunctions on the server, even loss of data.

If you insist on running outdated software, try sources like filehippo.com.

Or better upgrade your Windows to at least Win10. Practically any machine able to run Windows 7 will run Win10 as well, and for sure if it is a 64bit version. EN needs a internet connection to work, and shouldn't be operated on an OS that is inherently insecure to be used on the web.
