How to make Evernote respect Screen rotate Lock active on Samsung S23?

I have rotation lock activated as I often use my phone in a 45 degrees angle.
But Evernote disregards the setting and even my screen is set to stay vertical if I tilt it - evernote flips to horizontal.
Disregarding that I have rotation lock enabled in Android!

How can I set Evernote to not rotate the screen when screen lock is activated?

Welcome to the forums. Best practice is to search before posting. There are already threads on this issue. The sum of the information available is: there is no setting that fixes this; Evernote staff are aware of the problem; they seem to have other priorities at the moment; the workaround is to close Evernote from the Recent Apps and restart it.
