Evernote Web : Search Failed. Try Again and Slow Login/Loading of Notes

Tried login into Evernote Web recently and encountered 2 performance issues

Issue #1

-Whenever login to Evernote Web, the Home page loads very slowly and at times timeout. Even if it loads, the page and content will be "crawling". Concurrently, tried on my mobile and it has no problem. Have tried to clear cache and changed browser (from Chrome to IE), but still the same issue

Issue #2

-When trying to search in Search (Traditional or AI search) on Evernote Web, system will prompt "Search Failed. Try again". And the snippet note looks like frozen and I'll have to close the browser tab and relaunch. At times, only 1-2 search, the same error prompted again. 

Appreciate any expert out there to help me out.

Seems mostly like a slow internet connection - are you going through any firewalls? VPN?  Are other web-based services working normally?

No firewall. I've tried with both with and without VPN. Surprisingly, browsing through other website on the Chrome browser seems ok. Only for Evernote Web that it will slow down in the morning and when doing search. Everything was still okay last week. 

Tried on other Internet browser (IE), but same results. Could it be due to the latest AI search rollout by Evernote that slows down everything?
