How to Recover encrypted note

When I opened my encrypted note on the desktop app, there was a lag where the password field didn't appear. I accidentally hit the Enter key and "deleted" the contents of the encrypted note. Is there a way to go back to an earlier version of my note (before I deleted the encrypted section)?

Hi.  Subscribers have access to Note History which is a snapshot (taken several times each day) of the content of the note since its creation.  While non-subscribers also have this protection you will need to subscribe get access.  Check the three-dots menu of a note for more details.
