how to contact support for a refund

I was able to use a free subscription for Evernote that lastest 7 days. 4 days into the trial i canceled my trial. On day 6, I still see a charge of $136 pending in my account for evernote so i then refund it a second time. It has still gone through in my account and I need my money back as soon as possible I am not rich or can afford that by any means
