Can't get rid of Evernote Business notebooks

My company used to provide an Evernote business account which we canceled more than 5 years ago. The notebooks still show up in my notebook view even though the notes are not visible. I don't have the option to delete the notebooks or the stacks. I thought the recent Teams account separation would fix it, but it didn't. The notebooks clutter the view and I want them to go away. Any advice?

Contact support is probably the best advise.

Second best would be to export your notebooks to ENEX (one file per notebook), start a fresh, empty account and import the notebooks there.

Thank you. I'll do the export if I have to.  How do you contact support? Chat is always down and I can't find an email.
