Refund of subscription

I have cancelled my subscription because the price is too expensive for me. How do i apply for a refund of my subscription? My renewal occured on the 17th September and my request for a refund is also the 17th September.

If you've requested the refund they usually process them within a couple of days. I thing to point out is support don't work weekends but they should get your message tomorrow.
