Unable to edit a note on webclient nor desktop app (but able to edit on mobile ios client)

Just started happening to me today.

able to edit a note on my mobile ios device, but unable to edit it on the webclient & desktop app.

anyone else run into this issue?

Hi, and welcome to the forums. I have never seen this. A couple questions for clarity. When you say "a note," do you mean "one specific note" or "any and every note"? What exactly happens when you try to edit it in the Web or desktop client? (And is that Mac desktop or Windows?) Thanks.

was several notes.

ended up filing a support ticket... response "shouldn't be happening... log out/log in".  (duh, that's the first think i always do)

that said, hasn't been happening after the weekend... guessing they fixed something, just unable to map to my specific issue...
