Evernote Table rows numbering

Hi.  You can suggest this as a feature,  but no one else that I recall has missed it in the past 15 or so years,  so it hardly seems 'critical'.  As a work-around you could create your initial table in a spreadsheet and copy/ paste the format into your note,  or attach the spreadsheet file...

Hmmm thanks for the workaround. But then again does not feel like an optimal experience hopping between 2 apps. What happens when you go back to edit or add more info? You'll be wasting time switching between 2 apps, feels a little inefficient.

Good example of this great feature is Confluence Table provided by Atlasian. You could consider enriching Evernote Tables with more intuitive feature such as on Confluence tables.

For the avoidance of doubt,  this is a mainly user-supported forum - so 'we' can't enrich anything.  Also if you double-click a file attached to an Evernote note,  the file opens in its host app.  When edited,  the document saves back to the attachment - unless you're on mobile which doesn't have quote the same access,  so any changes get saved back to the home page and can be attached back to the note.

I second this,  the option to automatically number rows in a table would make working with tables in Evernote much better.

We're mainly other users here. For a more timely notification please raise this with Support https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (be very patient for a response) or send a report to feedback@evernote.com.

In general: it's far better to send feature requests and bug reports via feedback.  With millions of users,  Evernote can't keep individuals in the loop for bug fixes or possible future developments - if and when your issue is resolved it will come as part of a future update
