アカウント閉鎖ができない

不正アクセスがあったため、アカウントを閉鎖したいです。手順を進めましたが、最後で「予期しないエラーが発生しました。Evernoteサポートまでご連絡ください。」と表示され、何回試してもアカウントが閉鎖できません。

早急に閉鎖したいため、サポートお願い申し上げます。
