Emoji not initially showing up in Search. Maybe a reindex is needed in backend.

Recommended Posts

I have copied the email sent to support and my workaround. Is this on the roadmap for fixing as it should only require a event handler to reindex the char definition after a note/notebook/stack name is created or saved.

I am wonder if there is a way to fire off an index of the notebook names after changing a name as if I add an emoji to the a notebook the first time you search you will see unknown UTF characters but after opening and searching again the Characters correctly display. I am available to assist in whatever way and have over 10 years of backend and frontend experience. Please seen snippets.

Hi.  We're mostly other users here - no inside information about likely changes.  Support will probably say they will work on it / are working on it but are unable to give any timeline either.
