Why did I receive a charge from Evernote?

I have a Free account. I received a charge today that shows on my bank account ATM card a charge for $49.99. What makes NO SENSE, HOW did  you do this if I never gave you my new ATM Card number?

it says the number associated with the account is 650-257-0885
