Losing Tasks

Continually losing tasks or losing updates to tasks using v10.60.4 - I added tasks to a note this morning and it simply disappeared and changed the due dates on others only to see the old due date back in task view. Finally,  I updated some tasks to complete and they reappeared as incomplete in the system
