janeo8760 0 Posted August 16, 2023 Posted August 16, 2023 Hi, I recently went in to Evernote to look at one of my notes and all of my notes are gone. I was getting a message over the last month about a free trial and blew it off! Clearly I should have paid attention. I had a ton of notes in there. One of which was the carb counts for my most frequent foods. I am a type 1 diabetic and used Evernote to keep the list. is there anyway of getting these back? thank you jane
Evernote Expert gazumped 12,641 Posted August 17, 2023 Evernote Expert Posted August 17, 2023 Hi. Usual cause of 'lost' notes is inadvertently logging in with the wrong details and creating a new account. Try logging out and back in again - carefully. If you see the trial offer, just choose 'skip trial' to proceed.

If that doesn't work you need to contact Support via https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true use 'Account' in the drop-down.
