ワークチャットのスレッドが突然消えた

お世話になっております。

ワークチャットのスレッドが削除していないのに突然消えました。

相手には表示されているようで、投稿してみてもらったところ、チャットが届いたというメール通知はくるのですが、スレッドが表示されないままで…

アプリのアップデートも確認して、スマホも再起動してみましたが、直りません。

どうすればよいでしょうか？

I am not sure to what you refer, since this is the first post in this thread.

Just as an information: Work Chat will be stopped in October 2023. Probably there is not much to gain by troubleshooting it any longer.
