Allow partian search of tags during the selection

Hello,

Sometimes I don´t remember the exact name of a tag so I enter part of its name, however it seems like Evernote needs that the tags name is entered in correct order to be shown in the menu.

In the example of the attached picture nothing appeared when I typed blockchain, so I had to type dipl

[ForestD 1,555]

I also wish it would search tags from anywhere in the tag word in the tag bar at the bottom of the note -- not just the beginning of the tag word.

There is more than one way of adding tags to a note. If you use the edit tags menu it will search for the string anywhere in the tag.
