(Archived) Searching for a type of attachment

I've put a lot of Powerpoints into notes, and now I know that Evernote will not search the text of Powepoints. I'd like to search for ppt files, so I can convert them to PDF. Can this be done?

I think that if you use the search term 'resource:*/ppt' you should be able to find them.
