Wild cards in Find and Replace

Is there a way to search and replace things like hard returns, or other such format elements, in Evernote 10 (Win)? I am used to doing this in several Word Processors (for example, finding double paragraph breaks and replacing with single: ^p^p → ^p.

No, the only wildcards I am aware of are * (any string) and ? (any character).

Wildcards can’t be used at the start of a search string.
