As a premium customer I’m really done, lost couple quick notes on my s23, simply they are gone, want to contact someone and see the below message - that much for customer service. Now when I cancel and see their usual “please stay, here’s 30% off” I will laugh to my self and simply cancel anyway.

“We apologize for the inconvenience, but chat support is currently unavailable due to the high volume of support requests. Please feel free to submit an email ticket or reach out at discussion.evernote.com. Thank you for understanding.”

As noted in the notice you quote, the default support ticket system remains available.

But if you are planning to leave then I wish you great luck with whatever you choose.
