Evernote English, spell-check goes nuts when writing in another language :(

Hey, this is driving me crazy, I swear it didn't use to be this bad, it got worse with a recent update. I 

I'm German, living in Germany, but I use Windows in English, and Evernote as well.

I write a lot of text in both German and English. When I write text in German, Evernote spellcheck goes nuts and underlines nearly every word. There is NO way to turn off the spellcheck, and no way to add German as an additional language.

I'm a free user. But this doesn't seem to be a feature for the premium account users either?

Any suggestions, any help? thanks in advance

If you search these forums you should find an example of a hack to run two dictionaries on a desktop.

In settings there should be an option to disable spell check. I'm on my mobile just now so not able to check in the latest desktop app.
