2023년 6월 15일  퍼스널로 1년치 결제를 했습니다. 그런데 지금 서비스 등급이 free입니다.  

요금이 결제가 되었는데 아직도 퍼스널 서비스를 사용할 수 없습니다. 조치 부탁드립니다.

The forum is user2user, we can’t do anything about account status or payments.

Contact support and choose „Account“ as ticket type. This should work for Free accounts as well:
