Delays in creating a new note in Web Client

In creating a new mote in web client it takes way too long, and quite a noticeable jump in the last couple of weeks.    See lag and delays when adding/changing title.

Hi.  Device / OS / Evernote version / browser / screenshots or some real estimate of timescales?  "Way too long" and "noticeable jump" don't really cut it. 

Also - have you notified Aupport you're having these issues/
