Billing screen off

Hello,

At least for a couple of days, the billing screen - the section of the full settings web page -, is off, as it shows in the clipped image below. I don't know if just for my account, or if is a general issue.

No general issue - just opened the page without any problems.

Maybe try on mobile, settings, way down further settings. This opens the web pages in the build in browser of the app. If there is a problem with your regular browser, this may work.

Often these problems are related to a piece of old data stuck in website data or a cache. Clearing website data for Evernote.com and Caches may help to solve the issue there.

Or try a different browser.

Thank you for confirming it's not a broader issue. I tried both on Firefox mobile (linked by the Android EN app) and on desktop, Edge browser, in two different laptop / desktop PCs. Same screen is shown.

I'll try the chat support when it's avaliable.

Usually I have no problem on the web. But I still use the mobile process, because it is usually a little faster than going through the desktop pages.

About chat support, I don't think it will be back any time soon, given the current issues with syncing.
