opening a note

Hello. Please add the ability to OPEN the note again at its beginning near the title, as it was before, but selectively.

Hi, and welcome to the forums. Can you clarify? (And be aware that we're mostly just other users here, not development or support staff.) Are you saying open it at the top of the note rather than the bottom? That's a well-known issue currently, and they say they are working on fixing it. Not sure what "selectively" means here.
