Note widget does not support characters from other languages outside English anymore  and render them as %123$ or some like.

1) The issue is known since some weeks, it shows the Unicode code of the characters instead of their representation (picture).

2) EN support is aware of it, devs are working on a fix

3) No known timeline, observe the next updates
